Key responsibilities & impact

Provide sub-acute care across our Adelaide and Walkerville sites as part of the Transition Care Service
Collaborate closely with nursing, allied health and care teams to support positive health outcomes and enhance patient wellbeing
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team
Contribute to an innovative model of care while enjoying daytime-only shifts

Requirements

What you’ll need

AHPRA registration with a minimum of five years' post-registration clinical experience
Post graduate medical specialist qualifications will be viewed highly favourably
The ability to work confidently and effectively within a sub-acute setting (bridging the gap between primary and acute healthcare)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to multidisciplinary care
Hold a valid South Australian 'Working with Children Check' and a National Police Clearance or are willing and eligible to obtain
If successful, willing and able to provide proof of vaccinations.
