About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide sub-acute care across our Adelaide and Walkerville sites as part of the Transition Care Service
- Collaborate closely with nursing, allied health and care teams to support positive health outcomes and enhance patient wellbeing
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to an innovative model of care while enjoying daytime-only shifts
Requirements
What you’ll need- AHPRA registration with a minimum of five years' post-registration clinical experience
- Post graduate medical specialist qualifications will be viewed highly favourably
- The ability to work confidently and effectively within a sub-acute setting (bridging the gap between primary and acute healthcare)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to multidisciplinary care
- Hold a valid South Australian 'Working with Children Check' and a National Police Clearance or are willing and eligible to obtain
- If successful, willing and able to provide proof of vaccinations.
