About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage clinical incidents, complaints, and adverse events end-to-end
- Support investigations, escalations, and continuous improvement activities
- Contribute to clinical audits, accreditation, and credentialing processes
- Assist with delivery of education directly related to Clinical Governance
- Contribute to development and maintenance of clinical policies and procedures
- Analyse clinical data and deliver clear, actionable reports to both internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders to implement quality and safety initiatives
- Monitor clinical KPIs and ensure alignment to standards and requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Nurse or health professional with clinical governance or quality experience
- Background in a hospital or GP setting (preferred)
- Experience with incident management, audits, accreditation, or quality improvement
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
