About the role
- Design strategies and deliver programs that guide customers from signup through to activation
- Map and optimise the onboarding journey across multiple channels
- Build automated and personalised communications across email, in app, SMS, web and frontline channels
- Run experiments and use insights to improve activation and reduce early drop off
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to align messaging, flows and customer experience
- Document frameworks and share best practice across the organisation
Requirements
- Strong experience in customer or lifecycle marketing
- Expertise in digital journey automation
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A growth mindset and team player with a passion for continuous improvement
