About the role
- Lead the design and delivery of SAP solutions for projects, enhancements and production support
- Translate complex business requirements into high-quality SAP functional designs and documentation
- Oversee vendor and project design artefacts to ensure quality and alignment to Medibank standards
- Facilitate requirements and design workshops across the business
- Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to internal SAP team members
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to system performance, stability, and processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an SAP Functional or Technical Consultant (ABAP, OData and Webservices)
- Any experience in either SAP CRM or FSPM modules will be viewed strongly
- Demonstrated experience across full lifecycle complex SAP projects and production support
- Solid understanding of SAP landscapes, configuration, and testing
- Proven ability to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills with strong documentation and requirement gathering capability
- Experience with at least two end to end SAP implementations across multiple industries
- Strong analytical skills, gap analysis capability, and deep understanding of business processes.
