About the role

  • Execution of high-quality design system components, patterns, and foundations that are scalable, accessible, and production ready.
  • Contribution to the maintenance, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Design System and associated design operations.
  • Contribution of insights and recommendations that inform the evolution of the Design System, grounded in customer outcomes and product team needs.
  • Role model customer-centricity, collaboration, ownership, and a growth mindset within the Design System squad and broader design community.

Requirements

  • Proven experience contributing to or scaling a large-scale or multi-brand design system
  • Strong UI craft, attention to detail, and a customer-centred systems mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (libraries, variables, component architecture)
  • Fluency with design system tooling, including Supernova, for documentation, tokens, and design-to-code workflows
  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g. React, HTML/CSS, native platforms) and design tokens
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence through clarity and evidence
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional digital environments.
