About the role
- Maintain change activity registers, including campaigns, communications, and onboarding milestones
- Draft and refine targeted communications and collateral to support change initiatives
- Facilitate impact assessments by collating input from business analysts and subject matter experts
- Draft assessment content and manage version control
- Coordinate sessions, workshops, and related logistics
- Maintain SharePoint and Confluence repositories for change artefacts
- Support measurement and reporting of change adoption
- Collaborate with change managers and functional leads
- Partner with business analysts, subject matter experts, and project teams
- Provide reliable support in communications and facilitation activities
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in change analysis
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience in impact assessments and adoption reporting
- Comfortable working in detail and supporting change delivery rather than leading it
- Background in insurance, financial services, or consulting (Big 4 preferred)
- Prosci certification advantageous but not required.
