About the role

  • Maintain change activity registers, including campaigns, communications, and onboarding milestones
  • Draft and refine targeted communications and collateral to support change initiatives
  • Facilitate impact assessments by collating input from business analysts and subject matter experts
  • Draft assessment content and manage version control
  • Coordinate sessions, workshops, and related logistics
  • Maintain SharePoint and Confluence repositories for change artefacts
  • Support measurement and reporting of change adoption
  • Collaborate with change managers and functional leads
  • Partner with business analysts, subject matter experts, and project teams
  • Provide reliable support in communications and facilitation activities

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in change analysis
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in impact assessments and adoption reporting
  • Comfortable working in detail and supporting change delivery rather than leading it
  • Background in insurance, financial services, or consulting (Big 4 preferred)
  • Prosci certification advantageous but not required.
