Sales and Business Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Conduct high-level sales presentations to C-suite executives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Support the effective hand-over, deployment, and growth of new accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media sales or business development
- Proven track record of success selling to publishers and ad tech companies
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
- Well-established network of relationships within the ad tech industry
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
