About the role

  • Own and lead the onsite SEO strategy for a defined business category across global markets
  • Identify growth opportunities and initiate new SEO projects at scale
  • Analyze performance, report on results, and translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration
  • Set goals, prioritize initiatives, and delegate tasks to ensure successful execution
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal SEO tools, automation, and workflows
  • Stay ahead of SEO, search, and digital marketing trends in a constantly evolving global landscape

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, including experience as an SEO Lead or in a senior SEO role
  • Strong hands-on experience with onsite SEO for large or complex websites
  • Experience working with international or multi-market SEO strategies
  • Solid understanding content SEO, and performance analysis
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring team members
  • High level of data literacy and the ability to turn insights into action
  • Familiarity with SEO tools, automation, and custom or in-house solutions is a strong plus
