About the role
- Handling of customer support inquiries through various channels
- Incident management while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintaining functionality of various system components
- Updating internal support documentation and creation of relevant knowledge base articles
- Identifying customer requirements and providing aid while using specific system functionalities
- Reporting system deficiencies to relevant product departments
- Maintaining multiple communication channels between different stakeholders
- Monitoring of system performance
Requirements
- Customer service skills - previous experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High-level proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Experience in gambling/betting industry
- Troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, operating systems, networking, etc)
- Basic knowledge of web technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management, multitasking, and task prioritization skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite & support ticketing systems
- General interest in Sports
