About the role

  • You are responsible for the complete organization of our digital, physical and hybrid client events – from the initial concept through post-event follow-up
  • You independently manage trade shows and events, ensure smooth execution, and keep an eye on cost control
  • You work closely with clients, partners, sales, consulting, administration and our marketing teams across the DACH region
  • Together with the marketing team, you take care of promoting our events – online and offline
  • You proactively contribute new ideas to continuously develop our event formats

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or degree in Event & Event Management
  • Initial professional experience in event organization or project management
  • Confident use of MS Office; experience with marketing tools is an advantage
  • Technological interest and understanding of IT services
  • Digital mindset and routine handling of CRM systems
  • Structured, organized working style with team spirit and a hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong communication skills in German and good knowledge of English
