About the role
- You are responsible for the complete organization of our digital, physical and hybrid client events – from the initial concept through post-event follow-up
- You independently manage trade shows and events, ensure smooth execution, and keep an eye on cost control
- You work closely with clients, partners, sales, consulting, administration and our marketing teams across the DACH region
- Together with the marketing team, you take care of promoting our events – online and offline
- You proactively contribute new ideas to continuously develop our event formats
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or degree in Event & Event Management
- Initial professional experience in event organization or project management
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with marketing tools is an advantage
- Technological interest and understanding of IT services
- Digital mindset and routine handling of CRM systems
- Structured, organized working style with team spirit and a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication skills in German and good knowledge of English
