About the role

  • Proofread residential single-family and multi-family floorplans by comparing marketing artwork against AutoCAD files, ensuring the floor plans accurately reflect design, features, labels, and client standards
  • Test electronic floor plan brochures to ensure interactive features display and function correctly
  • Provide clear, concise written feedback to Floorplan Artists documenting the results of the floor plan evaluation
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Team Leads to document, develop and maintain client standards
  • Meet tight deadlines and quickly adapt to shifting priorities
  • Exhibit familiarity with architectural terminology and concepts, including AutoCad

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a proofreading or quality assurance environment
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly within the scope of providing feedback and explaining directions
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to prioritize and work independently while being deadline-driven in a fast paced environment
