Establish and own frameworks, rituals, and tools that improve consistency, transparency, and accountability across the product organization.
Mentor two Sr PMs, helping them prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Enforce a unified “rulebook” for PRDs, discovery briefs, and other product artifacts. Ensure everything lives in the right place, follows the right format, and tells the right story.
Build repeatable systems for how work moves from idea to delivery — including how we plan, track, and review progress.
Champion tools like Productboard, Confluence, and Jira to drive cross-functional clarity.
Keep the trains running on time. Coordinate dependencies, track timelines, and help teams anticipate and unblock risks before they slow momentum.
Work closely with Design, Engineering, and GTM to make sure everyone understands priorities, status, and the “why” behind decisions.
Requirements
8+ years in product or program management, with at least 2 years leading teams.
Previous experience working in a SaaS company, ideally in a product operations or product management function.
Deep experience building scalable processes for product planning, documentation, and release management.
A knack for simplifying complexity and creating structure without bureaucracy.
Strong communication skills — able to align executives and empower ICs alike.
Familiarity with tools like Productboard, Jira, and Confluence, and the judgment to know when a process helps (and when it hinders).
