About the role
- You will support the planning, organization and execution of influencer campaigns
- You will manage briefings, timelines and communication with our talents
- You will assist with the evaluation and analysis of campaigns
- You will spot trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
- You will take part in the strategic development of our talents
- You will research interesting brands that fit our talents
- You will develop initial outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, DM, etc.)
- You will actively work with our CRM tool and help maintain leads
- You will support the preparation of presentations and pitches
- You will learn how an initial contact turns into a real collaboration
Requirements
- You love social media, creators and trends
- You are communicative, organized and take ownership
- You are excited to be part of a small, focused team
- You work in an organized way, have a good command of language and an eye for detail
- You speak and write German at a native level
