About the role

  • Develop a comprehensive CDP strategy tailored to restaurant/hospitality operations, customer journey touchpoints, and growth objectives
  • Design and implement data architecture that unifies customer interactions across online ordering, loyalty programs, in-store experiences, and digital channels
  • Create actionable insights and reporting frameworks that empower leadership to make data-informed strategic decisions
  • Establish segmentation strategies and audience-building capabilities that enhance paid media performance and lifecycle marketing
  • Partner with our internal teams to ensure CDP strategy aligns with broader marketing initiatives and client goals
  • Build systems and processes designed to grow with the business during this high-growth period

Requirements

  • 5+ years working with customer data platforms (Segment, Treasure Data, Tealium, Adobe CDP, or similar)
  • Proven experience in restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or multi-location retail environments
  • Strong understanding of CRM integration, loyalty program data, and point-of-sale system connections
  • Track record of building CDP strategies from ground zero through successful implementation
  • Experience creating segmentation frameworks and audience strategies for marketing activation
  • Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
