- Push accessibility beyond compliance. Advocate for experiences that redefine inclusivity.
- Drive business impact. Advocate for solutions that aren’t just usable - they change markets.
- Design high-fidelity interfaces that balance sophisticated functionality with visual craft
- Collaborate with product teams to align capabilities with authentic user needs
- Explore and prototype new paradigms in interaction and orchestration design
- Contribute to a design language that communicates intelligence with clarity and confidence
- Partner with motion and interaction designers to refine system behaviors and feedback loops
Requirements
- Substantial experience designing in product environments with emphasis on systems-level thinking and interface craft
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, usability, and visual sophistication
- Ability to balance user-centered design principles with emerging AI-driven capabilities
- Comfort working collaboratively with product, engineering, and research teams
- Exceptional communication skills - able to articulate design rationale with precision and conviction
