About the role
- Lead cross-functional work and help teams deliver high-quality outcomes
- Manage multiple client projects using project management best practices
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, assessing dependencies, risks, and timelines
- Partner with Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Technology teams
- Lead or support client communications and contribute to meetings
- Manage project budgets, scope, and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with resourcing and finance partners to staff projects effectively
- Proactively identify and escalate risks
- Lead retrospectives and contribute to process improvements
- Support proposal development and new business efforts
- Leverage modern tools, including AI-powered project management solutions, to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Approximately 2–12+ years of experience
- Experience managing digital or integrated marketing projects (agency experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent projects
- Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams
- Familiarity with creative, strategy, media, and technical workflows
- Flexibility across waterfall, hybrid, or agile approaches
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Interest in mission-driven or nonprofit work
