About the role
- Independently lead projects and transitions in accordance with project management principles
- Holistic control of project planning, development, and execution
- Independently clarify personnel and technical resources, including ordering and monitoring required capacities, in close coordination with Purchasing and other internal service providers
- Independently handle complex, cross-functional and conceptual tasks with a high degree of coordination
- Confident application of problem-analysis methodologies and team-oriented problem solving
- Ongoing process improvement across all processes
- Support the Product Manager in developing customer- and industry-specific end-to-end solutions
- Support contract structuring, particularly regarding standardized contractual elements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and assist in preparing proposal documents
- Conceptual design of innovative projects
- Serve as the project-related customer contact person
Requirements
- University degree in a technical field, business administration (BWL), or equivalent qualification
- Several years of project management experience using common tools
- Affinity for and experience in the service business
- Proven experience in monitoring, reporting, and ensuring compliance with projects' commercial budget requirements
- High level of leadership and interpersonal skills, facilitation ability, and assertiveness
- Solid knowledge of transmission and production technology desirable
- Quality management
- Proficiency in the principles of contract law
- Good written and spoken English
