About the role
- As part of our reservations desk and in direct contact with our clients, you will handle inquiries by phone, prepare quotes, finalise bookings and contribute to revenue growth.
- Your commercial drive, curiosity, strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills will be key assets for success in this role.
Requirements
- You hold at least a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) — preferably in tourism or sales — and/or you have experience in a call centre, particularly in the tourism or sales sectors.
