Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the end-to-end implementation of technology and business solutions
Bridge the gap between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project delivery
Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning and resource allocation through execution
Lead multiple concurrent projects ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
Establish and enforce quality standards across all project phases and deliverables
Develop and execute organizational readiness strategies
Manage stakeholder expectations and lead change management initiatives
Conduct data validation and system compliance checks
Manage project budgets, track resource utilization, and optimize costs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a software or technology environment
Minimum 4+ years of Solutions Delivery Manager experience or equivalent project/program management role
Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-level implementation projects
Proven experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience developing and executing training programs and end-user enablement strategies
Background in business systems analysis and process optimization
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and quality frameworks
Working knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business solutions (e.g., AI-driven automation, machine learning integration, intelligent systems)
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, Visio)
Experience with data analytics, data validation, and reporting tools
Familiarity with business systems and enterprise software platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Preferred: Master's degree in related field
Preferred: Professional certifications such as: Project Management Professional (PMP); PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP); Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher); Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certifications.
