About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct onsite and remote training to new and existing Medcor advocates
- Provide both operational and clinical training in collaboration with training and clinical affairs department
- Manage training curriculum needs of the client
- Maintain documentation of performed training
- Contribute to the development and administration of various training programs
- Analyze and provide solutions to possible gaps in current programs and operations and establish a consistent, repeatable, and teachable approach
- Monitor quality audit expectations by conducting regular quality reviews
- Collaborate and work with cross-functional partners, including onsite client department managers, human resources, environmental health & safety, and security
- Develop effective relationships with client management team within scope and anticipate needs, identify solution, and support long-term successful client partnership
- Ensure client coverage needs are routinely met
- Collaborate and work closely with internal departments to share information and improve the quality of clinic services and resolve issues
- Partner with clinical affairs to ensure clinical vision and objectives are met
- Assist in recruitment and selection process including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new hires
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have an active EMT, Paramedic, LVN, or RN licensure
- Have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting with supervisor experience as part of that background.
- 3-5+ years of clinical supervisory experience preferred
- Occupational health and/or employee health experience and knowledge of health and safety concepts
- Workers Compensation and occupational health/medical record software experience and safety event reporting experience
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
