About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in managing numerous on-site health and wellness clinics throughout California
  • Conduct onsite and remote training to new and existing Medcor advocates
  • Provide operational and clinical training in collaboration with training and clinical affairs department
  • Manage training curriculum needs of the client
  • Maintain documentation of performed training
  • Analyze and provide solutions to possible gaps in current programs and operations
  • Monitor quality audit expectations by conducting regular quality reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Develop effective relationships with client management team
  • Apply knowledge of clinical occupational health and regulations impacting the work environment
  • Ensure client coverage needs are routinely met
  • Assist in recruitment and selection process including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new hires

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have an active EMT, Paramedic, LVN, or RN licensure
  • Have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting with supervisor experience as part of that background
  • 3-5+ years of clinical supervisory experience preferred
  • Occupational health and/or employee health experience
  • Workers Compensation and occupational health/medical record software experience
  • A Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
