About the role
- generate bi-weekly and monthly customer invoices/returns for 1-2 lines of business
- review and audit bi-weekly and monthly timecards
- review and interpret client contracts
- answer customer inquiries via phone or email
- perform collection efforts via phone or email
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- attention to detail and high level of accuracy
