About the role
- perform certain aspects of Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounting functions
- maintain complete and accurate bookkeeping records
- generate bi-weekly and monthly customer invoices/returns
- review and audit bi-weekly and monthly timecards
- review and interpret client contracts
- answer customer inquiries and resolve issues
- perform collection efforts and reconcile customer accounts
- assist with related line of business training
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- at least 1 year of related experience in Finance (a plus)
- knowledgeable in ERP Systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains) (a plus)
