About the role

  • provide oversight and support of clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling
  • be responsible for clinic operations
  • work collaboratively with client stakeholders
  • include patient care and ongoing workers compensation case management
  • support Return to Work (RTW) program
  • monitor treatment plans and OSHA record keeping
  • work closely with outside medical providers
  • administer and manage health service functions and daily operations
  • provide superior customer service
  • assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses
  • build and maintain internal team relationships
  • support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
  • document and manage information using electronic medical records software

Requirements

  • valid licensure for position
  • current CPR/BLS certification
  • strong computer and technology skills
  • familiarity with EMR software
  • ability to lift 50lb emergency response bag
  • excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • positive and outgoing personality
  • willingness to go above and beyond
  • passionate about providing care
  • ability to have fun
  • relevant occupational health experience is a plus
  • experience in emergency medicine or critical care is a plus
