About the role

  • Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers
  • Execute the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment and leave of absence management
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Assist with planning and executing company events

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a tech or fast-growing environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals including people operations, benefits administration, employee experience, engagement, and culture-building
  • Proficiency with HR systems (preferred: Paylocity, CultureAmp)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven relationship-building, problem-solving, and customer-service orientation
