About the role
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers
- Execute the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment and leave of absence management
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with planning and executing company events
Requirements
- 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a tech or fast-growing environment
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals including people operations, benefits administration, employee experience, engagement, and culture-building
- Proficiency with HR systems (preferred: Paylocity, CultureAmp)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven relationship-building, problem-solving, and customer-service orientation
