About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set and execute the growth strategy for Medavie Blue Cross’ voluntary portfolio
- Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in group insurance or employee benefits
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- A strategic mindset with ability to turn plans into action
- Knowledge of group insurance concepts, market dynamics, and industry trends
- Experience with large, complex clients and multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Eastern Canada
- LLQP designation is an asset; candidates will be expected to obtain it after hire
- French language skills are considered an asset
