About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation, updates and renewals of drug benefit plans
Analyze and validate plan data and configuration parameters
Process and follow up on operational requests in a timely manner
Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date documentation
Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
Help enhance processes and internal tools
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation and Operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

College diploma or equivalent relevant experience
0-2 years of early-career experience in a related field (insurance, healthcare, analytics, administration) (asset)
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Effective organizational and time management capabilities
Strong aptitude for working with and interpreting data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (e.g., formulas, data manipulation)
Collaborative mindset with a strong capacity for learning and adaptation
Proficiency in both English and French is required to perform the duties of the role, which include daily collaboration with teams and partners who operate across Canada
