About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the full cycle recruiting process
- Connect with candidates in a timely manner
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment related events
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR, and other stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of experience in an office environment
- Post secondary in business, human resources or administration
- Recruitment experience is an asset
- Highly effective listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is an asset
