About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate all Scrum events (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, refinements, and retrospectives) for one or more Agile teams
Support the delivery of complex initiatives that may involve multiple systems, teams, or stakeholder groups
Identify, surface, and help resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, collaborating beyond the Scrum team as needed
Monitor team progress and provide clear, meaningful updates to delivery and leadership partners
Coach and mentor Agile teams — and less experienced Scrum Masters — in Agile values, practices, and continuous improvement
Foster strong collaboration and transparency between technology teams, business partners, and stakeholders
Contribute to broader conversations around Agile maturity, ways of working, and process improvement across IT

Requirements

What you’ll need

A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting teams delivering complex work
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices
Proven coaching, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
Experience using Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Miro, or similar)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
English proficiency
Security Clearance Requirement: Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
