Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in administration, customer service or other relevant experience.
- Good communicator – through email, letter and phone, clear and concise.
- Whatever it takes attitude, like a new challenge every day.
- Thrive in an environment of change.
- Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Medical or insurance background would be a bonus.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement.
