About the role
- Manage and perform various administrative tasks independently.
- Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
- Validate changes and keep systems running smoothly (reporting, data, evaluations).
- Update data in internal systems, including peer reviews.
- Document and update administrative procedures and client requirements.
- Suggest process enhancements and support automation of work methods.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients by providing professional service and communicating clearly.
- Respond to client requests, follow up as required, and meet established timelines.
- Identify gaps in quality and efficiency.
- Create client-focused, tested and proven solutions.
- Promote a continuous improvement approach.
Requirements
- College diploma, university degree or relevant experience in requirements analysis.
- Two years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of group insurance plan administration and ability to learn new systems.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Office Suite and ability to manipulate and organize data.
- Knowledge of VBA/SQL interfaces and languages is an asset.
- Expert ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data of medium to high complexity.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent skills in customer approach.
- Ability to organize work and information methodically to execute critical tasks in compliance with deadlines.
- Must be fluently bilingual in both written and spoken English and French.
