Process benefit changes and billing related tasks within the established accuracy, productivity and efficiency performance targets using different admin systems
Maintain individual insurance policies, using different admin & billing systems, ensuring a high level of accuracy and organization
Determine sales agents commission payments based on the product sold while following the commission payment schedule
Perform general accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable and reconciliations of accounts
Communicate with internal and external sales agents, plan members, and other inter-departmental team members
Prepare and send Insurance coverage mail outs including coverage details both on paper and digitally
Collaborate with peers and co-workers to manage workflows to meet monthly targets
Requirements
A post-secondary diploma in a related field
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment
A high level of accuracy while working in a fast paced environment with demanding turn-around times
You are self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong knowledge of MS Office, strong computer skills
Bilingualism required to meet the needs of the English-speaking clientele
