About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Digital Channel Manager (Marketing) is responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of Medallion Bank’s digital lead generation channels, with a primary focus on paid search, affiliate marketing, SEO, social media, and emerging digital acquisition channels.
  • Own performance across paid search (Google Ads/Bing), affiliate, SEO, paid & organic social, retargeting, and other emerging digital channels.
  • Manage paid search campaigns end-to-end, including keyword strategy, ad copy, landing page alignment, bid strategy, and A/B testing.
  • Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to drive efficient CPCs, MQL, and SQLs, and maintain lead quality standards.
  • Manage affiliate and publisher relationships, sourcing new partners while optimizing existing programs.
  • Monitor traffic quality, fraud prevention, attribution accuracy, and ROI across affiliate channels.
  • Partner with IT and other external vendors to drive SEO strategy, technical enhancements, and content optimization.
  • Support paid and organic social initiatives that drive lead capture and mid-funnel engagement.
  • Own digital funnel reporting from click to lead to activation, working closely with Sales and Marketing Operations.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, or comparable tools) to route, score, and nurture leads.
  • Maintain disciplined documentation and approvals for creative, messaging, and disclosures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 – 3+ years of experience directly managing digital paid media campaigns within paid search, social and/or affiliate channels, preferably in banking, financial services, fintech, or regulated industries
  • Proven success driving measurable lead generation results across paid search and other digital acquisition channels
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, attribution models, and digital funnel performance
  • Experience working with agencies, affiliates, and third-party vendors
  • High analytical proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Marketing CRMs, and other SEO tools
  • Familiarity with financial performance metrics and budget management
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into customer-friendly messaging
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
