About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the multi-year product strategy & roadmap across partner channels.
  • Assess and lead new loan product development and enhancement.
  • Build rate/fee/promotional constructs and risk-based pricing.
  • Partner with Credit/Risk & Data Science on underwriting policy and decisioning.
  • Lead end-to-end borrower and partner experiences across online and offline journeys.
  • Scale POS enablement for home improvement contractors and recreation dealers.
  • Institutionalize competitive intelligence (rates, terms, SLAs, merchant incentives, UX patterns).
  • Embed Legal/Compliance and Audit throughout the lifecycle to ensure controls for Reg Z/E, UDAAP, FCRA, ECOA, privacy, and FFIEC expectations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing product organization.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with various departments.
  • Represent Product in and with key channel partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in financial services product management with 5+ years leading consumer lending products at a bank/fintech/credit union.
  • Proven P&L ownership and scaled delivery.
  • Demonstrated cooperative leadership of pricing and portfolio performance.
  • Hands-on leadership of digital UX and assisted/partner experiences.
  • Strong experimentation (A/B, incrementality) and analytics skills.
  • Fluency partnering with Credit/Risk and Data Science on underwriting, policy, and decisioning platforms.
  • Familiarity with fraud/identity controls.
  • Regulatory fluency and experience embedding compliance by design (Reg Z/E, UDAAP, FCRA, ECOA; FDIC/State expectations).
  • Executive-level communication and influence across Sales, Tech, Finance, and the C-suite.
  • Ability to recruit, coach, and scale teams.
