Key responsibilities & impact

Partnering with sales leadership to identify performance opportunities and provide data-driven insights
Supporting and enabling the sales organization by providing guidance, training, and operational support
Owning sales reporting, KPI tracking, forecasting support, and performance analysis
Evaluating, redesigning, and standardizing operational workflows
Identifying and implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity
Collaborating with Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, and Training teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Enablement, Analytics, or a related function
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify trends, develop actionable recommendations, and translate data into business decisions
Experience improving processes, building scalable workflows, and driving operational efficiencies in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying opportunities to leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and technology solutions
