About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end financial analytics for the Consumer division, from business question scoping through modeling, analysis, and delivery.
Build and maintain complex financial and operational models primarily in Excel, serving as the foundation for decision-making.
Develop sales and marketing forecasts, including volume, conversion, and unit economics assumptions.
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting pipelines, with increasing use of Power BI.
Drive the annual budgeting process and create trackable frameworks to measure performance throughout the year.
Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and provide clear, actionable commentary for leadership.
Translate complex analysis into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business intelligence/data analytics.
Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, charts, variance analysis) and experience with Power BI.
Excellent communication skills—the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with data for senior audiences.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of taking ownership and driving growth.
Bonus points if you have experience with budgeting/forecasting software, sales pipeline forecasting in consumer products or insurance/benefits, or advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA).
