About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing, documenting, and optimizing sales processes and operational workflows across multiple distribution channels.
  • Managing day-to-day sales compensation administration, including commission tracking, payout validation, reporting, and operational analysis.
  • Building and maintaining sales reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve visibility and support decision-making.
  • Managing CRM systems and sales technology workflows, ensuring data integrity, reporting functionality, and process improvements.
  • Supporting forecasting and business planning by analyzing trends, preparing insights, and contributing to leadership decision-making.
  • Providing operational sales support, coordinating onboarding activities, and partnering with Compliance and carrier partners to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, or related roles in a performance-driven environment
  • Experience managing reporting, CRM systems, or operational processes that support sales teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated sales environments is preferred.
