Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in HRIS, payroll, or people operations
- Strong proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity)
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, wage and hour laws, and benefits/leave regulations
