About the role

  • Partner with stakeholders to design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests that assess marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and operational changes.
  • Analyze performance shifts and deliver clear, actionable insights backed by data.
  • Translate test results and business initiatives into financial impact metrics like revenue lift, cost savings, or EBITDA gains.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover emerging trends and opportunities in customer behavior.
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Excel) that empower teams to self-serve and track strategic performance.
  • Ensure data integrity through sound governance practices and aligned definitions across systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with broader organizational goals.
  • Champion continuous improvement in analytics methodology and insight delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in business or marketing analytics
  • Strong financial modeling skills with an ability to quantify business impact
  • Comfort working across KPIs, from conversion rates to CAC and ROI
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
  • A natural communicator who can simplify complex findings for non-technical and executive audiences
  • Bonus points for: MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
  • Expertise in A/B testing methodology and statistical significance
  • Experience with automation tools (VBA, PowerAutomate)
