• Managing the Team and leading them to success
• Logistics & Transportation, Procurement & Outside 3pl
• Warehouse Employees
• Improve Lead Time and Costs of operation side
• Approve PO/Freights Costs and Decide shipping methods according to lead time
• Verify no mistakes in barcodes, Destinations and Payments
• Solve problems and be in communication with Suppliers & freight forwarders on a daily basis
• Take charge of Payment to suppliers/forwarders
• Improving SOPs, Improving Overall operation mindset, Come-up with improvement suggestions from experience, Improve data tracking methods, and build individual KPIs for the team members.
