About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of a high-growth hip & knee orthopaedics portfolio, leading state performance, developing teams and delivering strong commercial outcomes.
  • Own and deliver the state commercial plan, translating national strategy into clear local priorities
  • Identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps across territories and key accounts
  • Lead, coach and develop sales managers and field teams to drive consistent results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
  • Drive forecasting, pipeline discipline and performance management across the state.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years experience in medical device sales, ideally within orthopaedics
  • Proven track record leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, margin and growth targets
  • Credible and confident engaging with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
  • Structured and disciplined approach to planning, forecasting and performance management.
