About the role

  • Drive Medable's clinical AI use case library
  • Work collaboratively to define a prioritised AI use case roadmap
  • Lead structured use case development programmes with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO partners
  • Develop and maintain AI value frameworks
  • Translate platform capabilities into commercially articulate, audience-appropriate value narratives
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
  • Develop differentiated AI value propositions
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to create AI-focused commercial materials
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with key customer organisations
  • Develop and publish white papers, use case playbooks, and frameworks
  • Monitor the competitive and regulatory AI landscape
  • Represent Medable at industry forums and customer advisory boards

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in clinical research, drug development, or health technology
  • Minimum of 3–5 years with a specific focus on AI strategy, digital innovation, or data science applied to clinical development
  • Demonstrable track record of developing and scaling AI or digital use cases
  • Experience working across the full drug development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with decentralised and hybrid trial models and eClinical technologies
  • Understanding of agentic AI architectures, LLM-based reasoning, and human-in-the-loop frameworks
