About the role

  • Support the Human Resources team comprehensively by performing essential administrative and operational activities for the department's daily operations.
  • Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes for assistant and analyst positions.
  • Support leadership in hiring processes for roles that involve management responsibilities and/or technical specialties.
  • Conduct initial interviews, ensuring attraction of candidates aligned with MED Review's culture and values.
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring adherence to hiring SLAs.
  • Support delivery of the onboarding program for new employees.
  • Assist the Training & Development (T&D) area.
  • Help implement initiatives that promote employee engagement and corporate communication.
  • Support the generation of HR metrics (People Analytics).
  • Assist with HR Administration and basic Compensation processes.
  • Support data entry and creation of surveys and reports in HR systems.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Human Resources with a focus on Talent Attraction & Selection and Human & Organizational Development (DHO).
  • Experience with the Solides HR system is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, and/or related fields.
