About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and prioritise the supply chain technology backlog in Jira
- Gather requirements and manage 3–4 parallel improvement initiatives
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and the third-party development partner
- Support the software development lifecycle end to end, from discovery through hypercare
- Play a key role as the new Distribution Centre comes online
- Manage continuous improvement across warehouse, e-commerce and fulfilment operations
- Shape the technology implementation of the new automated Distribution Centre
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in the supply chain or fulfilment domain
- Warehouse operations experience; omnichannel fulfilment experience highly regarded
- Hands-on experience with a tier-one warehouse management system, such as Blue Yonder or Manhattan
- Background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently while maintaining BAU operations
- Comfortable working across Agile and traditional delivery methods
- Confident engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to a large-scale Distribution Centre build or warehouse automation project is nice to have
- Familiarity with carrier integrations such as Shippit or Startrack is nice to have
