• Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects
• Developing pre-construction RFP packages
• Conducting project meetings and setting milestones and formulating owners’ reports
• Establishing job processes (RFI's, Submittals etc.)
• Performing project scheduling; ensuring project quality control and establishing overall project logistics
• Leads the project team in establishing expectations, providing information to subs, and maintaining quality and cost effectiveness in the overview of all the projects
• Comprehension of construction drawings
• Leads with managing the project closeout process
• Prepares weekly project updates
