About the role
- Independently identify user and business problems and translate them into user stories and UX strategies.
- Deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions with precision and clarity, from wireframes to polished visual designs.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to shape product direction and ensure usability.
- Break down complex problems into simple user flows, wireframes, and final designs.
- Create multiple design concepts and rapidly iterate based on feedback or data.
- Execute detailed UI designs using and contributing to the design system; maintain system consistency.
- Maintain pixel-level attention to visual design, interaction patterns, and polish.
- Proactively surface UX issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Conduct or collaborate on user research to validate hypotheses and guide decisions.
- Articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and execution plans to stakeholders.
- Take initiative to uncover opportunities and ship meaningful experiences.
Requirements
- Understand business goals and user needs and independently translate them into clear, actionable UX strategies and design solutions.
- Break down complex problems into simple, elegant user flows, wireframes, and final designs.
- Create multiple concepts and rapidly iterate based on feedback, data, or changing priorities.
- Execute detailed, polished UI designs using the design system while contributing to its evolution.
- Maintain pixel-level attention to detail in visual design, interaction patterns, and system consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape requirements, influence product direction, and ensure usability.
- Proactively surface user experience issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Conduct or collaborate on user research to validate hypotheses and guide design decisions.
- Clearly articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and execution plans in discussions with stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience designing digital products across responsive web and mobile platforms.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, elegant execution, and high attention to detail.
- Deep experience working with and contributing to modern design systems.
- Ability to work independently—translating ambiguous problems into focused user stories and solutions.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with design tools like Figma (or similar).
- Systems thinking with ability to scale patterns while keeping user needs central.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in designing SAAS product.
- Independent decision maker; able to take calculated risks and deal with ambiguity.
- Takes initiative and is comfortable with rapid change.
