  • Pitch and secure podcast appearances on high-profile legal industry shows

  • Ensure all off-site portfolio listings and agency profiles (Clutch, UpCity, etc.) are accurate, complete, and positioned well
  • Coordinate with an external agency to support the build-out of the new MeanPug website

  • Develop and execute a strategy for generating client reviews and testimonials across key platforms
  • Partner with account and strategy teams to keep a pulse on client happiness and surface opportunities to deepen relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in brand management, PR, communications, or a closely related field. Agency background a strong plus

  • Strong project management instincts: you track details, hit deadlines, and don't let things fall through the cracks
  • Comfortable working with executives and founders: you know how to represent someone else's voice and help them show up well publicly
  • Familiarity with the legal industry or professional services is a plus, but not required; curiosity and the ability to learn quickly matter more
  • Self-directed and proactive: you identify opportunities and act on them without waiting to be asked
  • Bonus skills (nice to have)
  • Existing relationships with legal industry media, podcasts, or conference organizers
  • Experience managing award submissions or editorial calendars
  • Comfort with basic design tools (Canva, Figma) for light asset creation
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies or vendors
