About the role
- Design and develop full-stack Webflow websites for law firm clients, from initial build through launch.
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, fully responsive Webflow implementations.
- Configure and manage CMS collections, dynamic content structures, and client-editable components.
- Collaborate with internal design and strategy teams to ensure sites align with client goals and brand standards.
- Conduct QA testing across devices and browsers prior to all launches.
- Maintain, update, and optimize existing client websites as needed.
- Advise on Webflow architecture, SEO best practices, and site performance improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience building full-stack websites in Webflow.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of Webflow projects, including CMS-driven and custom-designed sites.
- Deep familiarity with Webflow’s Designer, Editor, CMS, and Interactions capabilities.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and modern web standards.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to custom Webflow integrations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate clearly in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work on time.
