About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (refinement, planning, standups, demos, retrospectives)
Own a culture of collaboration and support within the core and extended Team
Partner with Product Owners to plan backlog and manage changes
Remove blockers, with focus and urgency
Oversee team/sprint measures, including velocity and predictability
Daily, be an Agile advocate and coach
Be the Team’s point of contact for updates and escalation
Lead the Team with transparency to all

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completely fluent in English
Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
Post-certification Agile learning/courses an asset
Product Owner Certification an asset
Solid knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
5+ years of Scrum Master experience (at two or more organizations)
Notable problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to envision time and prioritize tasks (yours and others)
Team experience with remote members (VN, Canada, USA)
