About the role
- Support AE and AM teams in identifying hardware needs
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and bundle recommendations
- Coordinate hardware configuration, staging, and shipment readiness
- Track orders through fulfillment and delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale hardware activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware products and specifications
- Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline hardware fulfillment workflow
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience supporting hardware lifecycles associated with SaaS or technology solutions
- 3–5 years of experience working with vendors, distributors, drop shippers, or reseller partners
- Knowledge of MealSuite hardware products, peripherals, and specifications
- An understanding of logistics/shipping and order-fulfillment concepts, sales processes, and vendor pricing
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is especially preferred)
- An exceptional eye for detail, excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, adaptable, able to balance multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions
