About the role

  • Support AE and AM teams in identifying hardware needs
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and bundle recommendations
  • Coordinate hardware configuration, staging, and shipment readiness
  • Track orders through fulfillment and delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale hardware activities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware products and specifications
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline hardware fulfillment workflow

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting hardware lifecycles associated with SaaS or technology solutions
  • 3–5 years of experience working with vendors, distributors, drop shippers, or reseller partners
  • Knowledge of MealSuite hardware products, peripherals, and specifications
  • An understanding of logistics/shipping and order-fulfillment concepts, sales processes, and vendor pricing
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is especially preferred)
  • An exceptional eye for detail, excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, adaptable, able to balance multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions
